Marjolein Verstegen
Dentist
Marjolein Verstegen graduated as a dentist from Radboud University in Nijmegen in July 2026. She has a particular interest in dento-alveolar surgery.
During her studies, Marjolein gained extensive practical experience. She worked as a dental assistant in several dental practices and later also carried out dental treatments herself under supervision. In addition, she worked in an emergency dental clinic, where she combined responsibilities as an assistant clinical supervisor with providing dental treatment.
Through this experience, Marjolein has worked with a wide range of patients and gained experience in both routine and emergency dental care. In her work, she believes it is important that patients feel heard and at ease. She takes the time to explain treatments clearly and discusses the most suitable treatment options together with each patient.
Marjolein is a member of the KNMT and is registered with the KRT.
José Verstegen
Dental hygienist
José Verstegen studied Dental Hygiene in Nijmegen and has been working as a dental hygienist since 1997. In 2000, she also completed additional training in children’s dental care.
Since 2009, José has run her own practice in Uden: Mondhygiëne Praktijk Uden. With many years of experience, she has developed extensive knowledge in preventive dental care, gum health and the care of both adults and children.
In her work, personal attention, trust and care are central. José likes to take the time for her patients and believes it is important that everyone feels safe and comfortable during treatment. She explains treatments calmly and clearly and works together with each patient to improve and maintain good oral health.
José is affiliated with the NVM, KRM, NVvP and Ivoren Kruis.
Maud van den Hoogen
Dental hygienist
Maud van den Hoogen studied Dental Hygiene at the HAN University of Applied Sciences and graduated as a dental hygienist in 2022. Immediately after completing her studies, she joined Mondhygiëne Praktijk Uden.
In her work, quality, careful treatment and personal attention are central. Maud likes to take the time for her patients and believes it is important that everyone feels comfortable and at ease during treatment. Because every patient is different, she listens carefully to individual wishes and needs and adapts the treatment accordingly.
Maud is passionate about helping patients achieve a healthy mouth and maintain good oral health in the long term. She finds it very rewarding when patients notice an improvement in their oral health and gain a better understanding of how to look after their teeth and gums.
Her goal is for every patient to leave the practice feeling heard, well cared for and with a smile.
