Why is it important to reschedule your appointment on time?
To give every patient the care and attention they deserve, we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. This helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and keeps waiting times as short as possible for everyone. If you arrive late, this may affect the amount of treatment time available or the schedule for the rest of the day. In some cases, it may be necessary to arrange a new appointment.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know at least two working days in advance. By cancelling on time, we can offer the reserved treatment time to another patient who is waiting for care. This helps us provide appointments as efficiently as possible for everyone.
We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for your understanding.
Changing or cancelling an appointment
If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least two working days in advance. You can change or cancel your appointment by telephone or email.
If you notify us in time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Late cancellation or missed appointment
If an appointment is not cancelled at least two working days in advance (excluding weekends and public holidays), or if you do not attend your appointment without letting us know, we are required to charge for the time that was reserved for you.
The fee is €2.00 per reserved minute.
This is in line with the national guideline for missed dental appointments (C90 – Missed appointment). These costs are not covered by your health insurance and must therefore be paid by the patient.
